Verified identities
Every tutor verifies email and mobile before listing. Certificates are reviewed by our team for a Verified-by-Aptly badge. Personal data is encrypted at rest.
Contact protection
Phone numbers, emails, social handles, and external links are automatically blocked in messages until a booking is confirmed — keeping spam and off-platform pressure out.
Three-strike system
Attempts to bypass contact protection trigger a warning, then a 24-hour suspension, then an indefinite one. Genuine mistakes can be appealed and cleared.
Honest reviews only
Reviews can only be left within a genuine tutoring relationship, confirmed by both sides, and scored across six dimensions. Unfair reviews can be challenged.
PDPA-compliant
You can export your data or delete your account at any time. Deletion anonymises your history; we never sell your data.
Human oversight
A trained admin team reviews certifications, challenges, filter appeals, and reports — with secure two-factor access and a full audit trail.
